Due to the handcrafted nature of Poorwill goods, I cannot accept any returns or refunds. So, please double check before finalizing your order! In the event that you believe you have made a mistake, please let me know immediately, as I cannot issue a return once the order has gone into production.
I stand by my work, and meticulously inspect each piece before it gets sent out. With each product comes a lifetime warranty. In the event that any part of an item from me should be found defective, do not hesitate to contact me so that I can remedy it. In the event that a certain material or color is unavailable, I’ll try my best to find other options for you. Please contact me with your name, contact info, photos, and a description of the defective item to email@example.com.
All Poorwill goods are slow-made, please allow sufficient time for them to be made. All goods are eligible for free shipping via USPS domestic standard mail for all orders over $50, unless specified.
For orders outside of the U.S., please note that you may experience custom duty fees once it arrives at your destination. I am not responsible for those charges. Please check with your country's customs duty fee information for cost rates.
